I was wanting to buy a champ that nobody plays but is still good and i was trying to decide on Kassadin or Urgot. I am a Jungle main and I also play a bit of top. I just wanted to know which champion I should buy based on current meta and strength. I main nocturne and I play Hecarim, Jarvan, and GP also. So please tell me thoughts.

Kassadin is rising in popularity. Urgot is unused.
