Can we have some Feedback when someone we Report is punished?

I was in a really good mood an hour ago. I had a great day, came into a game to have fun and try my best. Game starts, get a Sion Mid who immediately starts feeding, goes 0/4, and then intentionally starts feeding from there (literally walking up middle to die over and over from spawn). He taunts us after "I'm going to get away with it, you mad bro?" .... that is infuriating and I have no outlet or anything to make me feel better. Now despite my best efforts that is probably going to carry on in the rest of my games for the rest of the day. He ruined my time, and for all I will ever know he gets away with it. I don't know if my report will ever do anything so now I get to feel like I got bullied and nothing will ever happen to the bully.

If I got feedback when people who did things to me actually got punished, it would make things a lot easier to swallow when I get trolled. Riot spitting out numbers on so and so % of punished people.... doesn't mean anything because it's meaningless numbers unconnected to my personal experience and is unable to make anyone feel better about being trolled. So now I have no way to feel better and I may unintentionally give off toxicity to others in my upcoming games, mainly because I don't see any justice for being treated so rudely or anything bad every happening to the guy who did this. I just have to "take it". Experiencing the game day after day like this.... makes me want to just mute all my teammates at the start of every game. I love the game and I love watching LCS.... but playing it myself is so infuriating sometimes.

That's is just negative thinking but, for real. I am not being a dick when I say this, I am telling you whats up. You sound like a little bitch right there. You need to say "fuck that dude" and move on with your day, and another game if you plz. You're playing a video game, guess what? Some ppl suck at games, and just screw around, and troll, in ALL online games.

Just gotta brush it off, and move on. If he gets enough reports his day will come on the trib, I go on there all the time. I know it sucks but, this is the world we live in, with ALL games.

I do agree tho, would be nice to have some feedback on who we reported. Will never happen tho.

Sometimes if I don't feel like dealing with trolls I /ignore ALL the sec I get into the match, b4 anyone even says anything. It works, makes the game more fun sometimes.

IIRC, Riot also has a metric that determines the reliability of each summoner's reports. It would be interesting to know how that works and how reliable I am at reporting.

Realistically through, they would not provide that to us because it would lead to people not reporting as often as is deserved as follows:

Due to the fact that to go to tribunal one needs to be extremely toxic (reported consistently in a large sample of games over a period of time - I do not believe the exact numbers have not been released).

If Riot provided to you an informational tooltip that disclosed to you the percentage of successful reports made by you (defined as someone you reported who was sent to tribunal for their behavior during the period for which your report was made), the percentage figure would be depressingly low as most people rage every once in a while, but not enough to warrant tribunal (though the report you made is perhaps still appropriate and justified).

This would then lead to you not reporting as often knowing that some depressingly low percentage of reports you make go to tribunal.
