Xerath is commonly scripted because all his skills are skill shots, so the most advantage would be given to the scripter. If someone went someone such as Annie, while scripting.... there really is no advantage.
I say Xeraths with bad aim are teaming up to report the whole community for scripting.
There's a key difference between scripters and people with good aim. People with good aim will miss once in awhile, and will hit on target, but not necessarily always in the middle. Xerath scripters usually ALWAYS land the middle of the Q on the enemy. When they do miss, it's a very interesting miss, because the script messes up and the scripter bugs out
