Not that riot would be able to know, if me and my friend went into a normal and he used the mouse and i used the keyboard would that be considered 'account sharing'

Technically, yes, that would be considered account sharing. The real question is whether Riot would notice or pursue the issue, and the answer to that is "probably not".
I advise against anyone accessing your account in any way, but if you really want to do it I'd suggest playing in a full premade that's ok with it.
