Ranked Trolls and AFKs

I have noticed that recently, I struggle winning ranked games more and more... mostly due to the fact that almost every other game my teammates rage quit after they die 1v1 in the first 2-3 minutes of the game and leave my team 4v5... or people will pick teemo adc and another will pick lucian adc and our team has 3 bot lane and no one top lane.... or people will intentionally feed becuase their jungler did not gank 5 times in the last 5 minutes like they requested. This used to not be a common problem, but when I play 11 games in a row on ranked and have to try to win 3v5 or 4v5.... its unacceptable and how can I get a higher rank if I always lose because of this?
