Watch and Earn/LCS Team Pass (not sure if in correct section or not)

I have an issue regarding watch and earn/lcs team pass rewards. I own the C9 team pass, and after watching a C9 game from this split on replay (ones that I had previously not seen due to work), I receive the watch and earn rewards but not the LCS Team Pass rewards. It has happened since the week before Rift Rivals.

Anyone know why this is an issue, or if it is only an issue for me? And how to get it resolved so I can receive the LCS Team Pass Rewards?
