Inactivity

So, I've been having an issues where I get disconnected, and it takes me forever to finally reconnect. But when I finally do reconnect, I get kicked from the game for being inactive. This is dumb. There should something that senses if it's someone actually not playing the game and just sitting there, or if it's really a disconnection. It's seriously getting so frustrating to get disconnected, only to get in and get kicked back out. It' like teemo is cutting wires or something from my fun life.
