Haven't received the icon for gifting, Xayah/Rakan
Its been a couple of days after the gifting ended, and I still haven't gotten the icon even though my friends has already received it.

did u gift someone rakan or xayah? or did u do it after the event ended
If you gifted Xayah and Rakan during the gifting period, and still haven't received your icon, send a ticket to Support and they will get the matter resolved.
Ya, I didn't get the icon either, and I gifted both of them to 5 different people on release day. Do you only get the icon if you gift them with RP? I gifted them all with IP.
