[GAMEPLAY] Singed -Poison trial (Q) Constantly launches comet in one second

While playing singed in urf, his poison trail constantly procs comet every second. I don't know if it's a Visual Bug or it dealt damage since it was all clustered up.

I've tried it the second time and It didn't happen, so I don't know

Just met an Annie who had a comet with no cd. It ended up doing 5000 dmg in one single fight.
