Nemesis tips?

I'm new to Nemesis draft and the enemy teams have snowballed their victory in every single one of my games. So are there any tips some more experienced players can give for this mode? I've played a low amount of games but I've been in probably 20-30 champion select screens because of frequent dodging, that have made it pretty far before someone dodges. Both teams seem to mainly focus on banning supports in my games. In the majority of my games, people suggest giving the enemy team full AD melee champion comps (in two of my games, AD melee champions have stomped our faces in).

Are there any tips concerning bans or team comps that any of you guys have for me?

I haven't played this mode yet, I'll probably try it out tonight. Maybe giving immobile AP champions to the enemy team then building a ton of MR.

Example: Champions: Cassiopeia Anivia Ryze Mordekaiser Rumble Potential Items: item 3111 item 3102 item 3065 item 3512 item 3060 item 3222 item 3190 item 3156 item 3091item 3139 item 3001 item 3174

Tips, assume your teammates completely forgot how to play the game. Obvious things wont be obvious (they'll build armor against an all ap team). However they will feed by doing double jungle and both getting wrecked by a janna in jungle...

Tip 1: Ban healing supports. Seriously your team will probably be all tanks and the extended fights will make any healers your teammates give them that much stronger.

Tip 2: Communicate to your team in champion select so you don't waste 30 minutes of your life because someone on your team thought giving them a carry was a good idea.

Tip 3: Give the enemy low damage champions. If these aren't banned then I suggest Taric, Zac, Shen, Nunu, Braum, Thresh, or Alistar. Hard to play champions like Elise, Urgot, or Rumble might be okay but the enemy team could be able to play them.

Won the last 4/5 games so this is just my experience.
