How is this possible?

I was a poppy with level 3 boots with acel , speed quints , ghost blade speed boost , ghost summoner spell speed boost , and of course poppy's big speed boost from her E...and a zed with no speed items or runes...out ran me?! only excuse he had was " my w"...but he didnt even use it to jump a ledge...just used it as a gap closer 1 or 2 times...and he ran across half the map at the speed of lightning with only ionian boots acel ... as i chased him down .. Shouldnt my speed quints and E alone be able to handle him? or at the most my ghost blade on top of that....i shouldnt need my ghost spell.

What can possibly explain this?! i have perfect internet connection , so it wasnt lag ( on my part at least).....I will be honest , when something makes zero sense to me , it pisses me off -_- so i hope some one can explain this to me. I am 99 percent sure you cant hack so...

btw his items were , blade of ruined king , ionian boots acel , blood thirster , ruby , maw of malmortius and a brutalizer......and my boots were just as good as his.

I will say, there are hackers. I've seen so many Heimerdinger hacks it isn't funny. The reason I know they are hacks are these facts:

  1. Beginning of the game, they are able to lay out 3 turrents with little time limit. They do this in a fashion that seems weird. When I destroy one turrent he puts another out. I've tested this by taking out two turrents and he'll just place another 2 there instantaneously.

  2. This person has no runes for the guy. The masteries are made to only allow so much time reduction they can do.

  3. When playing Heimerdinger, I've noticed that at level 1and 2 you can only hold 1 turrent until you reach level 4 which allows you to hold 2. There are 5 upgrades you can give the turrent ability. The first 2 only allow 1 turrent allowed to hold. Upgrades 3 and 4 allow you to hold 2 turrents. And 5 only allows 3. The wait time for another to be ready is ridiculously long. You wait a good 15 or 25 seconds until you can put another out.

Heimerdinger can only put out so many turrents, and can only hold so many, but the time to get them is a major issue. That is where many will hack him to get rid of this. If they get rid of the time limit, then they can just continuously place more and more to not only weaken the opponent but unfairly harass and defeat them over time.
