Can we add finishers for normal games?
Most of us already own a finisher or have seen one in URF, I gotta admit, they're pretty cool. So can we add them to normal games as well?

I think the main point is a cool and flashy effect for URF, but it might be too much for regular games and possibly distracting.
Riot has already commented on a thread similar to this:
i think a red stated in another thread about this, either here or on reddit im not too sure. But it is tied to Urf mode, but they are going to try and test it on normal games when Urf is done. i too hope it can come to normal games its really fun and i hope if it does come out to normals that we get much more icons to unlock!
Would it be cool in normal games? Yes, of course. Should they be in normal games? Probably not. It's additional visual clutter that just gets in the way.
