I think it got put in the legacy vault awhile back
It was a normal skin until it was vaulted.
It is not rare to those of us that have been here for a while, but it is rare to newer people. It is a really nice skin though I will admit that. Good job.
Is a season 1 skin so like pretty much all the skin around that time it was vaulted.
