I wanna know how someone who has a level 3 profile has a skin that was only available for people who signed up prior to 2010? There is no way someone would make an account in 2009, play 1-3 games on it, then not play on it for 8 years.

Perhaps it was a random loot skin? Or an account just recently sold?

It's obviously something they bought. You can find places all over that sell accounts with those skins on them.

unless he was lucky enough to buy an account that was doing the order/chaos event and got super lucky with the event chest
