LoL ranked play is unreasonably unfair

I know it's the same old crap you hear all the time between feeders elo hell and too hard to climb I have 3 or 4 people on my friends list that lost 4 games in a row at 0 lp in their division and weren't demoted. I lost 1 game at s2 0lp and was demoted I manage to play my to 2 games to get back up to promos from 80lp and both games I lost and had 2 afk's, it knocked me down to 60~lp. I wait a bit blow of some steam and get back into it only way to climb right I get placed with one of the afk's I reported who right away said because I was in his match he was going to feed and went zilean with clarity and clairvoyance. luckily for me someone else dodged because I cant spare the LP any more I really cant I've been up and down from s1 to s3 all season and I know I have the skills and knowledge to be higher (i know same old crap) but I keep getting placed with these people much like others do which makes it nearly impossible for me to climb seeing as an average game I gain 15lp and lose 21-23 when last season I ended S1. why isn't there a better system for this? I cant get on a decent team because my ranking is low I get upset because my ranking is low which causes me not to play to the best of my ability. what am I to do? I know theres a ranked que priority but it doesn't seem to be working I always get along with teammates I dont get reported or leave so why am I and others like me being so unfairly punished? and what am I seriously to do?
