MASSIVE PBE BUG-Being exploited by players on the PBE

Currently on the PBE Cinderhulk's passive ramps up to an :Outrageous levels of damage to the point of where it instant kills players. This is just as much as a heads up to PBE users as it is a report.

So far the only way to stop it is to become the problem and now most players on the PBE are taking Smite and cinderhulk to instant kill each other.

Enemy Yi and Draven using the bug and by their words everyone on the PBE is doing it now. So much to the point of where our Vi spooted them with Smite early on in the game and rage quitted but returned to try to convince us to surrender and report them.

Draven apparently only did it because he thought our jungler was going to do it but Yi went full ham. Really glad that something like this didn't make it to live but as of right now the PBE is on fire.

Edit: BTW It seems like Poss Prevented has bee activated.

Edit: I also really love the changes to the Match History, GJ on that part Riot, alot better in game then on that internet paper but it looks cool and is very fluent
