Am i the only one who hates the new Vladimir?

Just bought Kassadin and have been matched vs Vladimir's toplane eversince ( Keep getting turret dived and getting pisst off -_- ) Feels like hes alot stronger then before ( Never really saw him before buying kass so i didn't realize how much of a pain in the asssss he is )
