Is LeBlanc the only champion Vel'koz can hit twice with his Q?
A while back i used my Q as 
and it split in a way where 
got hit, returned to her pad and got hit by the secondary projectile. Can any other champion get hit by Vel's Q twice?

I think Ekko can, as well as Ezreal and Kassadin.
But then again, I'm not quite sure.
