Just click on the button that brings you into your "Leagues, Match History, etc" and go into the screen showing you what champs you own. You can buy any newly released (or even if you want to buy a preexisting) champion that way by clicking their icon. Immediately bypasses the slow response. :) Have fun~.

i think you confused him and myself by saying "cheat" when you should have said "circumvent", "beat", "avoid".
