the great thing about his passive is that its kind-a-like lifesteal to a certian amount. his passive is 28% of your magic damage dealt is converted to your iron man shield which in return block damage while in battle. yet he is very useless if his team have little cc, and this is because he is one of the only once in league of legends without any cc or speed up by attack or anything that gets him to the enemy. his only thing that is close is his W which makes him run faster to the friendly target he put it on. so in conclusion he is both the best and the worst.
