New Item Ideas And Maybe A Change To Rammus

Would be cool if LoL could make a Frostfire Cape (like Sunfire Cape) but have the Frostfire Cape be blue flames and give 450hp and 50 magic resist.

Also, a cool change to Molten Rammus would be if his Tremors Ult could be flames.

Just a couple ideas...
