she is the best support if skill cap does not count for anything, but her squishyness combined with her skill cap has always had her forgotten about.
she has the ability to outplay all the other supports, and her teamfighting is just godly.
this all being said, i do believe she is balanced, but people could start crying about chalice rush w max.
