He attac his own champion design He protec his frail ego But most importantly he bloc anyone who tries to have an intelligent discussion regarding the change polite or otherwise

top notch dev riot.

I mean i have to give the guy props for designing one of the best champions in quite awhile, but the blokes a right douche in the way hes handling the backlash to the changes.

For anyone who doesnt understand why the kaynmain's community is freaking out about these changes.

Keep in mind this is the guy who designed taliyah, he makes good champions, but has a track record of dumpstering them into abysmal playrates by trying to "fix" them when they arent broken.

I wanna point out that the original creator only has control over that champions balance for about 1 patch after their release (This is the reason why Camille was so fucking broken) and then they are handed over to the Live Balance Team for evaluation.

I mean, he does a lot of good work, and he has designed many of my favorite champions but...This guy just isn't a nice person.

He has a superiority complex, and really can't take criticism :/

As someone who wants to invest time in playing Kayn, it feels pretty bad :(

I guess it's to make it so that Kayn can't use DoT effects to get orbs without risk. To avoid the playstyle of "just poke the enemy for free orbs".

I thought the orbs were just visuals, as even if you die you can clearly see the progression on your transformation bar.

I don't know if dots give him more orbs than normal

They do, and it's a huge difference. As people said, it can save as much as 5 minutes on the transform. You just use item 2033 , W and then you get 1/4 transform.
