Ranked Team Builder & Match Making System

Title pretty much explains itself. I am just sick of how often a player does not get their lane, and they just make it the worst possible game. It is the intentional (but make it look like it's not) feeding that frustrates me. Where they die 2-3 times and are explained to stop engaging on your opponent. But they insist to keep on engaging that 1v1 fed opponent. I do not understand why riot doesn't create team builder ranked. Where you pick your position, after that it is the same draft pick with 3 bans per team. I believe this would decrease these undesirable games, but not all, by a lot. Also the match making system is clearly not balanced, or everyone these days are just smurfing. Do people even watch how league is played?? Earlier this evening I was in the game where there was over 100 kills in around 45 minutes. I've watched a lot of League matches and understand cs and teamwork is key. How is someone suppose to enjoy a game when the rest of the team has no idea how work together. What is one suppose to do to steer clear of toxic game play??? With the new champs out and re-make of older champs one can not carry a game by themselves. I have been in that position where I have tried my hardest to carry the team, and have a super high KDA that match. But can not close the game because of other players. Maybe it is time to just walk away and say goodbye to League. Who knows.......
