I am curious how does one player get into the LCS??
Is it usually joining a 5 man team and climb the rankings or win tournaments??
Be the top at the masters tier??
I ask because of being placed in elo hell and taking forever to climb the ranks due to DC's, trolls, feeders, inexperienced players.

Unless you form a team with a bunch of other really good players and get a sponsor and qualify by beating other teams, you need to get recruited. That's usually by being in D1/Master tier and getting matched with the pros and impressing them.
