When can we expect to have UI customization

I'm wondering what the time line is for giving players the option to move around the UI components and re-size the text is going to be. I am unable to play the game until a change is made because I can't read or see half of the items I am trying to keep track of. I cant see CS, the game score, my teammates ults and active items. So I hope this is fixed soon or I might not be playing for a few months.
