Key-bindings/summoner abilities change after disconnect

After getting dc'd in a ranked game today I was unable to use my summoners for the rest of the duration of the game. I thought this bug was due to the disconnect and it still maybe be but during a different game after I started pinging the map trying to place a ward. Now I thought I was hitting the wrong key but I checked and made sure I was, then checked the key-bindings page thinking they got reset and they hadn't been. It was fixed after I died but the summoner abilities game wasn't. So I think there is some bugg that is potentially effecting key bindings at the moment.
