Am I ready to play ranked.?

Ok so... I've played about 250 game so far In pvp only. I have a nice win ratio in teambuilder (about 65%) I dont remember In Normal 5vs5 but its a good win rate too. I chose to spam PvP Since 3 days and I win a lot. It is the reason why I am playing against gold/plat player so often? I Cant tell... this is happening more and more.

Today I had this game where their riven and Sejuani jungle was plat 4 and 5 ... Somehow I manages to pick shen and win my lane and carry hardcore my team and almost got a legit penta with him wtf... In my Last game, Everyone in their team was gold 3+ and 2 plats... Our lucian plat 5 and everyone else unranked. Lucian wasnt THAT good And a really toxic person...Once again, I won my lane, punished their tahm for his mistake, never get ganked because i warded too much, backing when everyone is mia and even shotcalling objectives. Everytime lucian died (Always gettin caugh and blamed me for not ulting him in a 1vs5 scenario..) I took an objective somewhere else. He keep saying how low elo are pathetic. In the end the game I was 6/0/9, wining every teamfight with my team with a nice taunt flash, caughing ahri and cait in it. Im not braging... I have a huge stress problem in league of legend and to see that i have succes with so low game played make me feel a bit better and confident.

My questions are, Should I play ranked now? I dont know how is ranked. I've heard a lot of bad thing about it but do you think Ill be in bronze ranked where most of the toxic people are ? How to react when people flame about you. What to do if my team loose. It is even possible to come back in ranked? Does shen a good pick in ranked? he is my main and I play him religiously now.

Every Tips Can help me. thanks for reading me. I Am a friendly player who wish to play and get better at league of legend but lack of cofidence somehow. By the way, forgive me, English is not my mothertongue. I've put a lot of effort to write this.

Awnser yes Ok first off ranked is toxic there is no getting around that people focus wining above everything else. Try to use logic to give advice to someone behind hopefully they listen something like play save etc.

It is very possible to come back in a rank game the longer the the game goes the soon both team reach late meaning that one mistake can cost the game.

If that gold and plat you played resulted from solo q then that means that is you elo as you I assume never played ranked then you might in up there after promos

Do you play Shen top or support?

One reason not to rank is preseason and there is a lot of broken mecnics going on. Also you need a slightly bigger pool than just Shen because you might get forced into a roll you are not compterble with

I see. Ill prepare myself for the toxic train then. And yeah, I play Other champion than just shen but he is my way to go champion on top lane unless my team have enough tank or there is already a heimer, kennen,teemo,renekton,jayce,vlad. top. I wont pick him but someone else. I dont have a large pool of champion However I have about 15 champions thats I can play Fairly well so far. I still trying to expend my pool champion, slowly.
And can I ask what happen if i Do ranked game even if the s6 is not officially started? It dosnt count at all ??

Ok having a rank will set a bar for next season's promos. For example if you ended up say gold 3 , for season 6 promos if you go 0/10 you may end up gold 5 or silver 1-3 assuming you elo is gold- plat lvl mind you, if you go 5/10 you'll end up gold 4-5 7/10 gold 1-3 and 10/10 gold 1 or MAYBE plat5

I see. Im not saying im a gold/plat level at this moment tho Ahahaha xD . However, I know I can keep up with people who are playing since a very long time which is a good sign I guess. Ill play ranked then. Atleast ill know which path I am taking.

Do you have a main role? Do you have a tight selection of champions you are good with? Do you ping? Do you ward? Do you listen to calls? Do you make calls?

If yes, then you can play ranked and probably expect to climb.

Do you play whatever you feel like playing? Do you blame others for your loss? Never heard of a ward? Do you give up after first blood? Do you 'forget' to ping mia? Do you ignore your team and never group?

If yes, you can play ranked but you are one of those players that people hate to have on their teams because they never get any better at the game.

Ranked is rough wherever you are. I am Plat and there are just as many trolls and ragers as all the lower ranks (I started Bronze 3 so I know this shit). When people flame you ignore them and report them. Do not dwell on it or reply as it will effect your play. If your team losses learn from it and try harder next time. If you lose a lot in a row stop playing ranked for the day. Comebacks are rough right now so don't hold your breath. If you are good with a champion, like Shen, then you can do fine. You skill with a champion is more important than "Are they a good pick right now?".

It is preseason right now so there is literally no risk in playing ranked right now. If there was any time to give it a try it is now.

Yes I have a main role. Top lane. I love tanks in general. I can play other stuff tho. Im just better top than anywhere else . As i said to lao bushido, I have about 15 champions that I can play fairly well. this is Not a large champions pool but Im trynig to master them before anything ( Should I Stick with this pool only for now in your opinion?) Yes I ping A lot. Well, not TOO much,just enough. However I always ping my MIA 2 times and when I suspect a mid gank, I ping my mid laner to back if he is pushing his lane or bot lane if his tp is up. I call every Summs used if possible but I still have trouble with the timer.( This is an exemple of my comon reactions ) I play shen so much that my map awarness is increasing to a paranoiac level lol. ( Ok maybe too much, but you get the point :P ) I ward my top very often, especially if im splitpushing. I help warding drag when I roam or the mid lane with pink wards. If I am a bit behind, When I go back in lane, I love warding the top bushed because sometime the jungler and top laner hide there and waiting for you, I learnt that from experience. I listen to the calls, why not ? Good calls win games right?

I love playing what I enjoy yes, But still, I have comon sense atleast. I wont cry because I am forced to play ADC or I wont troll the top laner with a duo top because he didnt gave me the top lane... Srly, people need to grow up. I dont blame others for my loss. In fact, I am the kind of person to talk in all chat and say Jokes all loud and cheering my team no matter what. The only moment I blame my team ( in my head ) is when everyone is sooo negative that it affect me in a way you cant imagine. No I never give up after first blood. I never surrender too, unless this is an ineviatable loss. For the part about grouping is a bit tricky at the moment for me.. I group when my team really need me or there is an important drag up. But sometime it is really diffcult to judge when to group. I still need to work on that.

Thanks for those informations about your experience in ranked. I know trolls are everywhere and they dont get me with their poisonous tongue.

Most people have two main roles and ~3 champs in each of those, I think. If you master 15 champs in different roles then you'll be great.

You're never not ready to play ranked. There's nothing keeping you from joining in, it's not like the unskilled player report option actually does anything. Just don't say anything in game and you'll be fine.
