Does anybody know when the championship zed skin will be available or am I too late?

Whats with all these threads? Championship skins come out during worlds championship... Just google....
It was supposed to come out in the patch, but i seen they decided to release it in late September.

Was removed from this patch's notes, so most likely later in September in patch 6.19
