"IM IN GOLD YOU IDIOT"
This was typed in one of my last games. I don't care what your ranking is, if you go into a 1v5 fight and die and I ask you to stop doing that and your response is "IM IN GOLD IDIOT" then you surely should not be in gold.

While I agree that the ranking of the player might not be the pertinent issue here, I don't think you can really make the judgement of whether or not that player actually belongs in gold or not. I mean the League system is a sort of vague facade that overlays a deeper system that assesses player ranking. It's really just computerized guess work. Yeah it works, but in a statistical sense, after the accumulation of data, and on players whose skills are ever changing variables.
