Can we get ult cooldown in TAB?
It would be nice if you could tell just how long until say, your ally 
had her ult up in the TAB menu.
This could be extended to the enemy if you saw them ult. but probably not.

Ally ults would be amazingly useful.
This would be pretty useful, but I don't think it should be for the enemy team. Often times, you can hold off people by having them think you have ult or the other way around. If you land a Q as Diana and walk towards them, they'll probably freak out. Also, it would be very buggy because Champs like Ezreal and Akali can lower the cooldown
I agree it should only be shown to your team, not enemies. Removes the "Do they have their ult to ruin something" factor, which is actually a huge part of the game.
Like having the knowledge of the enemy
s ult on cooldown basically removes a huge thought process. And means you know you can go ham on everything.
I agree about allied champs' spells, but it might increase the amount of information each player will be supposed to get and handle.
If I could find enough keys to use for key-binding, I would also wish to be able to issue pings for each spell and item, like "Sona is ready to cast Aria of Perseverance (W)!" and "Sona's Locket of the Iron Solari is on cooldown for 12 seconds". This would prevent that sort of flood of information, but might not be really worth replacing the hot-key for self-casting or leveling a spell.
If we are going into the see our enemy's cool down direction,
then they might as well show where enemies are clicking so players can better land their skill shots and make more plays.
also make enemy green wards visible when they initially placed it in a visible area.

Ever since Riot created chat restrictions, this is now necessary. If my ally panth can only type 5 times a game, we're gonna have a bad time.
Ally cooldowns would be awesome. Enemy would be bad.
This would be amazingly helpful but I also feel like some of these suggestions are making LoL too easy and needing less communication.
ummm you do know those circles next to your allies champ portrait represent ult its green when off cd empty when on cd
