league has hots syndrome now

the normal games in hots is what forced me to quit the game. Couldnt find it enjoyable leveling up and facing a rank 3 player lmao. Same thing now in league que up as a diamond player? chances are lately my team is rated at 1200 mmr and my enemy is at 1500. Just makes for boring ass stops where its the same thing every game, I do really well and never die my team never gets a kill and always dies. Lets fix this and not kill the game like hots?
