Is Rek'Sai blind?

I'd suppose so since she has no eyes and seems to detect enemies by the vibration they produce when walking and such, especially in her burrowed form. It'd be nice to have some confirmation on this.

Well, she is like a mole, means being underneath the earth doesnt make her depending on eyes. They are either hidden, non existing or just very bad developed.
