Tahm Kench or Braum?
I want Braum because he's a dank tank and he's fun but I've never played Tahm Kench before and I have a skin shard ready to unlock Master Chef I will play both support btw.

Master Chef is an ugly skin, so I'd recommend Braum if you'd want to play TK just for that.
Braum is really flexible. He's a good pick up I think. Unlike Leona/Thresh/Blitz he has I think a lot more options than being a bully. He doesn't have immediate cc outside of his ult however.
I also think he's one of the more tankier harder to kill supports.
Kench is also really good IMO but he's not great in the current meta. He doesn't have great control, a lot of the squishier poke / sustain supports can really give him trouble as he doesn't have reliable engage or sustain. He does protect people really well and he's a nuisance.
They're both good picks, my suggestion would be Braum, but Kench is fun to play too!
Kench can almost always 1v1 most tanks if you get caught alone by one, and he does have the mobility for you and your ally. He can also do pretty decently as a top laner. Braum is also very good, but tends to be on the defensive side, and doesn't have much ability to 1v1. That being said, his defenses for him and the ADC are superb, and he has a much better team fight presence than Kench. I'm biased towards Kench though. Devour plus the %HP on AA with his ult is my favorite part of him.
I think I'm leaning toward Kench now just off the fact that I can eat allies and play him top if I want.
