Suggestion to help against toxic player: Automatic Mute system

Hi All, I think it would be a great idea to have the system automatically mute a toxic player how constantly mention the player name or the player's champion name. someone how keep saying this "Zed is so bad" will be automatically muted by the system and then display a massage that this player have been muted due a ton of constant mentioning. now you may say the auto mute system may mute wrong target ((such as friends, tactical team mate, praisers)) and for that the player can simply un-mute the player, and if the player really don't like this system he can turn it off from the menu. make the system default in the menu to help new comer avoid toxic player ((team work usually spoken in general terms, while toxic is specific)).

Let's be honest a lot of problem can be solved by muting but people will not mute ((trying to ignore the player or other reason)) although this system may not help all the player but it will have a positive impact.
