Riot should remove the rewards for people who were chat restricted more than once in 2015 and not everybody, as it's obvious that those who were chat restricted only once have reformed but those other obviously not, it would be much more logical and fair if they are gonna do it.
You're not right. After chat restriction player will get another one, then he'll get ranked restrictions. If he won't stop then he'll get 2 weeks ban. So even after 2 chat restictions you can't leave player without his rewards, because he paid already.
Ranked Rewards are exactly that... RANKED Rewards. It's why they are called RANKED Rewards and not "Good Behavior Rewards" Seriously shitty idea to take away what somebody has worked for a full year to earn. This is coming from somebody without any bans this season btw, I think this is terribly unfair more so because it has been announced last minute.
