Honor Crest on Loading Screen and Champion Select.
Does Riot still give out the red and green marker on the borders anymore? I know its for the honors at the end of a game but does Riot still reward them? If so, what is the required amount?

They do, but I'm not sure about the requirements. I think the nature of the opt-in system makes it quite difficult to get the ribbons these days. I had a teamwork one for awhile, but I lost it about a month after the honor system debuted. Never got another one back.
