Has anyone else gotten a HUGE lag spike for the past couple of days?

Randomly out of the blue my League and several of my friends have been saying that there's been a huge lag spike in the game. Some have given up trying to play because of it and i'm along those lines right now. I'm happy to know that a few have managed to purge it but others like me are still lying in anguish.

What's weird about it is that I've uninstalled and reinstalled my league several times and normally that gets rid of the lag for a couple of games but it quickly settles back in. No one else has had this benefit. Its a inconvenience to do this over and over again just to play a couple of good games with my friends so i was wondering if anyone had a clue on how to stop this.

P.S. I've been play on a separate computer from time to time which doesn't have the problem but we are on the same internet yet the computer i'm currently on was playing League just fine a week ago and when I re installed the game. I got a message from adobe saying that I might need to get a newer version but it said i was up-to-date. I'm not computer savvy so any help would be welcomed.
