New RAF rune page

Riot, as much as i love what you're doing with the new RAF, i think you're missing something. 2 Rune pages are normally not enough for players in competitive play, which is why i think you should add a reward rune page to a 3rd friend to reach level 10. I think it would be another incentive to invite players. Normally, AD and an AP rune page is not enough, i found myself needing 3 awhile ago. Between playing top, mid, and jungle, i needed an as, ad, and ap page. Please consider this, i think it would be a great incentive and idea. -Byond
