Hey guys I was just wondering, for being a positive player riot gave me the mundo mundo skin . But I have no Idea how rare it is can anyone enlighten me?

Its pretty rare. It was a 2009 Halloween skin I believe. Can only purchase it once a year when it comes back in october.

It seems like everyone I know got that skin for their positive player skin.
