Still has the 3 life on hit.. with only around 70 AD at start that's more than the 3% lifesteal you get from dorrens.. and it's an item that pays for itself.. 100 gold for each minion, and than the 350.. and than you sell it for like 100.. that's 550 gold when you sell it at like 15 minutes in.. way better than dorrens... imo...

Also gives incentive to farm better...

Even with the buff, I don't personally think -1 AD -80HP and nonscaling sustain is worth 180g after 20min.

that´s what everybody thought at the beginning of the preseason anyway - and then you notice that not being able to fight back against your opponent odes cost you a lot more than 300g early on and the item is just not worth it.
