New champ select takes way too long.

Okay, so I've been running into a LOT of problems with the new champ select. It takes at LEAST 10 minutes to get into a game now, and people are always dodging. Just today it took me 30 whole minutes to even get into a lobby that didn't get dodged by someone, and after that waste of my time I had somewhere to be in 45 minutes so I couldn't start a game. The queue time also seems to be taking forever, as I was in queue for 26 minutes in total to find a single game. Let me know you are having this same problem, because in my opinion this game shouldn't be that much of a time commitment that you have to wait 45 minutes to get into a game.

Its not just too long, its sucks, at the the old teambuilder you would get the role you chose, riot made it look good, but it really sucks. I'm seeing lots of tiny posts about this around the forum, and I have a problem with the queue myself, 18 minutes for one game 20 for the next, 5, 13 and so on. But if we want something done about it, we'll need to get together on a single big forum post. For that purpose, I'm electing mine and am including a link.
