Where my silver border is?

Hello, as most of you know, Riot recently gave out the borders for the previous season. I have not recieved mine (I was s4 2 seasons in a row) and I was wondering as to why this is. Please halp.

u were probably ban at some point in time

If you know for a fact that you were not made ineligible for the ranked rewards, then your best bet is to submit a ticket to support.

If you had one of the following:

Chat Restriction
14 days ban

Then you will not be receiving your season rewards, including the Silver border.
