Before people can play ranked

They need to make so people have to have played like a total of 500 normal draft mode games before letting them play ranked, cause people just dont understand how team work is need alot more so in a ranked game, then it is in normals, cause to many people are trying to solo play in ranked games/not accepting teamwork and just throwing the game cause the enemy team is abusing the fact that person is always alone and 3 vs 1 the person constantly tell they are fed enough to start forcing out the turret's and objectives and just flat out control the match, and that 1 person is now like 3/8/0 but still says we got this cause he feels that if the team groups they can make a come back well he just waits in the bush to go in after the team fight to get 1-2 kills on low health enemies that remain after the fight, but what happens is the fed enemy team curb stomps the team and then they turn and catch him out agian for laugh of a kill cause he does no damage and has no means to fight yet still thinks he can. im also seeing people that are forced to being the support just out right troll the team, by building support but just out right doing nothing, has a sightstone yet never uses it to grant vision around objectives like dragon before a team fight is forced at the pit so the enemy team with the vision gets dragon and 3 kills from the people that go in trying to contest it , If u are going to roam around the map then place wards and give your team vision other wise dont be roaming and getting cought instead pick a lane and stay and help it.

This isn't a bad idea. But maybe the ones who wanna smurf won't like it. Because once they hit lvl 30 they had to play 200-300 more games(or idk how much they should have when hit 30) so they can complete the 500 games.

100 after you reach lvl 30. Anything more just makes it a greater grind to get to ranked in my opinion. You should also have a full rune page at this point.

I see where you're coming from and I completely understand the frustration that Ranked games bring, but I'm not sure how to feel about this approach. I've played probably 200 normal games (i think) and I'm Gold V at the moment. I'd hate to have to play 300 more games before I can play Ranked, that's quite a grind. Perhaps they can incorporate the mastery system into this? I heard they do this in Smite, and it seems to work well. Before you can play Ranked, you have to have x amount of champions mastered. I feel I learn more in ranked games than I do normals, but that's just me.

Looking at my normal games played it says i have 1231 Wins which means i have around, so getting at lest 500 games in normals isn't much to ask for before a person should start playing ranked games. and to be a little guilty on my part i just started playing ranked games and only 27 games with 15 wins which placed me in silver V, was in placement to go to silver IV 2x but lost thanks to trolls throwing 2 of my match's FF at 8 mins into the game.
