What's wrong with our player support specialist 'Queen of Blades'??

So recently I made a ticket and out of discomfort I decided to take a journey with google and find out how long it usually takes for someone to answer. EACH AND EVERY SINGLE TICKET/FORUM POST THAT WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PROLONGED WAITING WAS ALWAYS AFTER QUEEN OF BLADES RESPONDED!

Either she's a bot, or she's terrible at her job and people over look that part of the league community.

I can understand being busy but all of the forum complaints I keep finding on google having to do with ONLY this Queen of blades person/Bot thing has me concerned that I may have to try harder with my ticket.

If I end up like the next person by tomorrow I'm going to rant and throw a fit towards riot. Possibly over the phone if I must. =]

It's quite possible she deals with specialized issues only, and if it's a complicated issue it may take a long time to get it sorted.

I'm curious, if you don't mind, what was your support ticket for?

Most likely she was specifically tasked with letting people know that the ticket queue is long and that their ticket will be answered as soon as possible. With the holidays ending, a huge ban wave coming through, and the new season patch hitting, the ticket system probably has a huge backlog.
