I mean. are they OBJECTIVELY garbage? I love fiddle me timbers. The only skin in this game I would call garbage is junkyard trundle, and that's only because he's literally covered in garbage even those really old recolor skins have value to some people

Fiddle Me Timbers is... EEEEEEEH.

Fiddlesticks needs a lot of work done on his older skins. The only ones I'd consider DECENT would be his Dark Candy, the Shurima themed one, and Surprise Party, the last one being in dire need of some updates. It's not that his skins are COMPLETE garbage, it's that his model is dated and is in need of a revamp. Not Sion level, but more Shen level.

Rogue Admiral Garen is the best Garen Skin... To be honest, the only recent one, and all the other are really visibly dated, but this one is quite good.

The only Garen skin that isn't essentially an overglorified recolor is his Steel Legion one. Which I dislike because it looks so darned clunky.

It's objectively GOOD, but still clunky in my opinion.

It's a good skin, for it's (relatively low) price, with more than a "minor tweak". Sure it's not a legendary with all new particles and all bells and whistles, but it's still the best Garen skin.
