Random disconnections

I was playing a game as velkoz in the mid lane and I got to turret, had my usual ping, got the first wave done with and cleared, and then I just randomly disconnected. No warning, no ping spike, nothing. This has happened to the point where I have a 20 minute queue timer for 5 games for testing if it would happen again. This has been happening only in normal/bot games and I try to test it in a custom game with a friend and Im fine and nothing goes wrong.

Any ideas on what could be fixed or what to do??
