Do You Get Access To The PBE for being a youtuber?
I'm thinking about drawing league of legends art daily and recording me drawing it and I'm wondering if I would get access to the PBE just from doing that.

no you dont and even if riot was biased to youtubers you would have to be a big one and not just one starting out
You might get in when they do the assassin rework if you play assassins. Both me and a friend of mine got in with the ADC updates, likely because we both play Quinn (and ADC in general)
