Please Riot why is it so hard to include pre/post-game chatlogs when punishing people?

They do. Riot has these logs. The myth that people believe about this was caused because those logs weren't provided to the Tribunal for review.
You still don't have the option to report if the game is dodged, so there is still that problem, but if you report them in the post-game lobby Riot will check the lobby chat. Write it in the description, though
