FPS HELP!!

So I was watching this dork called Brofresco playing League of Legends. He gets an AMAZING framerate. I don't. That's not cool with me, cuz I get 60fps+ on Dark Souls 2. I want that on League. How do, forum?

Lower graphic settings or update your computer GPU/CPU.

Dark souls II isn't a very demanding game, it's a console port from xbox 1/ps3 which are both weak systems.

Also Dark souls II FPS is capped at 60, how do you get 60+ ?

Idk sometimes the FPS marker shows about 70 or 80. Maybe its just during load times and whatnot. Idk I'll try putting the graphics to the lowest but its weird. My FPS on League says about 100FPS. or 90FPS. but it looks like 25-30 fps. Like pretty much it doesn't look as smooth as it should be.

Maybe you get FPS drops when too much stuff is going on ?

No what I mean is... when I play League I always have the FPS counter at about 90FPS. So why does it not look as smooth as say.. Dark Souls 2 gameplay? I see that Brofresco and Anklespankin get like 200+fps but their gameplay looks as smooth as 60FPS would. So why does mine not look that smooth when it's over 60FPS? TBH I see no difference at all lowering the graphics. Maybe its just not noticeable to me or something idk. But if I can get over 60FPS should it look like it?
